Rewarding Compensation and Benefits for Every Surrogate
At Bamboo Surrogacy, we offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for our surrogates. Here’s a breakdown of what we typically offer.
Base Compensation:
Start from $50,000 Base + $10,000 Benefits Package for first-time non-California surrogates.
Start from $55,000 Base + $10,000 Benefits Package for first-time California surrogates.
Start from $80,000 base + $10,000 Benefits Package for repeat surrogates.
Note: These amounts are starting points. If a surrogate requests more, we work closely to find the right match for both the surrogate and the intended parents.
Benefits Package for Surrogates
- Sign-Up Bonus – $1,000
Payable once the medical screening is passed, psychological evaluation is cleared, and the final contract is signed by both the intended parents and the surrogate. - Cycle Preparation Medication Start Fee – $500
Payable when the surrogate begins cycle preparation medication (other than birth control pills, prenatal vitamins, and baby aspirin). This fee is paid once the IVF center confirms medication has started. - Embryo Transfer Fee – $500 (per completed transfer)
Payable within one week of embryo transfer to cover lost wages and miscellaneous expenses such as childcare, mileage, and parking incurred during bed rest. - Pregnancy Confirmation (Fetal Heartbeat) – $1,000
Payable the first week of the month following confirmation of the fetal heartbeat by an IVF physician. - Maternity Clothing – $100/month, up to $700
Payable starting the first day of the month after the 13th week post-embryo transfer. If carrying multiples, an additional $100/month is paid starting the 22nd week of pregnancy. - Monthly Expenses Allowance – $300/month, up to $4,500
Payable once medical screening, psychological evaluation, and contract signing are completed. - Housekeeping & Childcare Benefits – Up to $1,800
Covering actual costs for housekeeping and childcare (not exceeding $200 every two weeks), beginning the 24th week of pregnancy for a single fetus, or the 14th week for multiples, continuing for three weeks after delivery.
